We're sorry to see you go. This page allows you to permanently delete your LowKey account and all associated data. Please read the information below before proceeding.
What happens when you delete your account?
When you delete your LowKey account, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems:
Profile & Identity
Your name, email, bio, avatar, banner image, gallery photos, and all profile tags.
Social Graph
Your followers, following list, friend connections, peer reviews, and group memberships.
Rooms & Groups
All rooms and groups you created, including their messages, participants, and settings.
Messages
All direct messages you've sent and received, and all room chat messages.
Progress & Achievements
Your XP, level, login streak, earned badges, and leaderboard history.
Sessions & Auth
All active sessions, linked OAuth accounts (Google), and authentication tokens.
⚠ This action is permanent
Account deletion cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, there is no way to recover your data, restore your profile, or retrieve your messages. If you're experiencing issues with the platform, please consider reaching out to us at support@lowkey.talk before deleting your account.
How to delete your account
Sign in to your account
You must be logged in to the account you want to delete.
Click "Delete My Account" below
A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to type "delete my account" to verify your intent.
Confirm deletion
Your account and all data will be permanently removed. You will be signed out and redirected.
You can also delete your account from your Settings page by scrolling to the "Danger Zone" section at the bottom.
You need to be signed in to delete your account.
